    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

    2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personalized or customized journals, as these are specially created for you.

    • Journals that have been used or damaged post-purchase.

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Provide your order number and details of the journal you wish to return.

    • Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including the return address and any additional instructions.

    4. Refunds:

    • Once your returned journal is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [Number of Days] days.
